maybe it's stupid... but i jz tot if u can make d whole thing really nice to look at when it's fully stretch as the whole thing is one pieces of united art work... it would be really really perfect... & maybe when i've collected 5 issues i can combine them & sees 1 art combination... hahahaha..
but u got to admit... it's jz like newspapers... of all the interviewing, events, designer's column... all are latest issue right? it jz everything is about design.. not about society problem, politics, financial... but it's a newspaper for designers... u should be proud of tat wat...
about d bloomdog & kazo thing.. actually it confused me tat i tot it was part of Arc Clothing... obviously namely it's from different person (i was jz standing on general eye to look at it & i'm sure i was confused bz demian's comic strips was too small & kind of balanced with creative talk column above, tat's y i tot it's d same whole column)... maybe you would consider to mark a column to be named "featured comic" or something like tat next time..?
excluding d giant chicopixel back cover(bcoz ppl dun usually read stuff 3 pages a row)... the double page of chicopixel quite 眼花撩亂 to me bcoz everything seems to same size (tat's y i complain for an enlargement)
again... i think u should take d advantage to introduce urself more... ur production team... how did u found the name... how did u actually form/invest on this big thing... wat else tat u do other than this... who did u meet during the process.... bcoz when u have a stronger identity & portfolio.. ppl would respect ur creative issue more.... this is not jz my own opinion... bcoz friends that i pass tis issue around (designers or no designers) mostly have the same thought tat the issue is jz a media tat collect info that u found around in the internet or wat... not to offend... but it jz feel tat way... you should put some research on the things that you'd like to introduce to us.... some personal opinion & feedback from others that've visit the weblink... even for that small column of mini challenge.. maybe u could consider to put in d details y d judges pick the winners (bcoz ur judges doesnt seem convincing us that hv no idea who they are)
COMPLAIN: please provide some information about architecture or interior design in ur issue... please u graphic designers dun look at us id-kia like contractors or sales person (although i know a lot of us really like tat)... please let us stand along with u guys... i wanna b part of creativity-kia also... forgive me if i am wrong... but i always had a feel tat graphic designers doesnt really cope with interior designers geh... & dun forget fashion designs too!! designer should aware that fashion controls the trend of design world... every decades, every period.. fashion was the leader... it was the inspiration to all other designation... please let fashion feature in a column... & maybe... music too... if there's a space... hehehe... cant live w/o music leh....
keep d spirit up PIPIT!! i was really impressed of the outcome but i demand more! more! more! i'm sure u're up to tat right? 加油! oledi waiting for next issue...

yeah kucing style , our concept is to more on newspaper n magazine kind of way but not the outlook and we want it to be in very good of printing and quality.
So sorry we didnt make more introduction on the issue cause limited pages, we will try improve on next issue.
Yeah , maybe is just collect from online , but we do want to introduce it to others that didnt notice it .... we will improve on this as request the organizer to put in their comment and info.
Yeah, basically this is an issue that cover up everything to fashion , interior , architec and music ...
Overall we feel that the problem we face right now is pages too limited. We cant put all the thing into it so we cut down some part. So sorry about that, we will figure out how to solve it .... for better 2nd issue

u need something more concrete.
design is beautiful things..
but also beautiful thoughts.
u missed out that part..i guess.
but is great u've made that effort. |

i think we like to make some explain here cause some of u guys has confuse about our magazine already, u guys trying to compare us to IDN or cream magazine .. that really unfair to us.... We not a publishing company , we are group of people that try to support local art design and bring out the creative culture here.
W hat we try to do here is we create a new platform that promote artist n designer , art design event .... not only want to making a stunning magazine design .... but we do try to make as nice as possible we can , but that not our main objective of this magazine . This is a support magazine and contribute for the art design culture in Malaysia and other countries.
the content and info is the thing that we really want to bring out |

haha , no problem dude , we love comment .... but sometimes we received a lot non productive comment like " i dont like this colour " .... dud ~
we just hope that the comment is u bring out then pls give some exp as well , cause we not really get it sometimes ... wht u mean concrete by the way ? exp ? |

hehe..
malaysia ppl like to comment n complain.
as u were saying u want to introduce malaysia designers,
so i would like to know more of their brilliant thinking ideas,
not only design artworks.
some articles that is written bout them..perhaps.
i think wat u missed out is copy, to deliver the message.
y not get someone to write.
i think then it will look more complete.
then u will make ppl eager to read..what's the trend, whats going on.
not only see..
n so..i think u have to have a main point of that particular issue.
let say is digital art, so that issue will introduce digital art.
(that applies on interrior, art, music..so and so)
one thing on one issue is enough
(dun try to put all, since is a small publication)
so each month u create curiosity... |

do more, receive more comments. i think in future your magazine will be strong, like TERRITORY. Last time first issue will feel like missing something,but now there are very strong in printing material and layouting and some typo experimental. I think your maagzine not much problem, just need you to keep it up! support.
