the guy in black wasnt me, he's one of dasien lect.
pipit, actually hanging up simple works on wooden/paper boards are fun n exciting. passer by gets to see your work n see you hanging it. but one problems only. it doesnt stay for long. if lucky it might stay for a week. ppl just took it away..
but stickers are different case, not that exciting when pasting cause it can be done very quickly.. its only get tared off, or just washed off by acid rain,, |

saya sudah buat stickers 5 tahun. tak pernah bosan denganya. orang tak rasa fun sticker-ing sebab mereka limitkan idea mereka dan it seems like it was just a shortcut for them to get 'fame' sebagai batu loncatan untuk mereka dapat tempat di gallery/art shows atau "wah sudah boleh buat t-shirt" atau apa apa sahaja.
2,3 tahun lepas saya merupakan seorang yang aktif trade stickers dengan artis luar. kenapa sticker? sebab senang nak mail,trade, dan mudah dibawa ke mana-mana.
saya mengaku saya penakut, tapi saya masih mahu hasil seni saya yang tak seberapa dapat dilihat orang ramai. so sticker-ing adalah jawapanya. plus, saya tak ada steady-hand and not good in cans controlling. itulah sebabnya saya tak bermain-main dengan aerosol. lame me
buatlah apa sahaja, sticker , spray, stencil, even kalau nak susun daun daun di tepi jalan jadi muka orang itu pun dikira.
kenapa masih baca tulisan ni? tutup la komputer, pergi luar dan nikmati hari yang cerah ni |
